Who are we?

Zhongyang Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a trading company that import, export, and trade in metalworking and fabrication machinery and machine tools.  Our customers and trading partners come from all over the world, ranging from small startups to multi million dollar corporations.  We have been in the machinery trading business for almost 40 years.  We are confident that our vast machine tools trading experience will benefit you as our customer.

Market Coverage

Zhongyang has traditionally served the Asia Pacific metalworking, fabrication, and engineering machinery market.  Countries that we cover include Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar (Burma), Laos, Cambodia (Kampuchea), Brunei, India, Pakistan, China, Australia, and New Zealand.  In recent years, we have expanded our reach to countries in Europe (especially England and the United Kingdom), the Middle East and Africa.  We anticipate to establish an even stronger international presence as the premier supplier of new and used machinery.

Brief Company History

Zhongyang Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was founded by our late Mr. Tan Meng Swy in 1969.  When it was founded, it was known as Central Engineering Company.  In 1984, Central Engineering Company turned into a private limited company and changed its name to Zhongyang Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a name which we still retain until this very date.

Office & Warehouses Locations

The office of Zhongyang Engineering is strategically located in the city center of Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia (Asia).  As for our warehouses, the main warehouse is located in Pusing, Perak at an industrial park.  Our second warehouse is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive away from the Ipoh city center.  With ample space to house and stock abundant machinery, we are confident that you will find your required machinery with us.
