Repair Works
Being one of the largest metalworking and fabrication machinery trader in the Southeast Asia, it is unavoidable that intermittently our customers have machinery repair needs.

To reduce costs, it is our intent to locate skilled people or company (at different regions) to perform the necessary repair works.  Skill sets include the following:

Skill Set Description
Mechanical All mechanical aspects of any machinery.
Hydraulic Hydraulic systems, including how to diagnose, modify, and/or design a new system.
Electrical Industrial electrical & control systems, including how to diagnose, modify, and/or create a new electrical system (with or without circuit diagrams).  Knowledge of how machinery works is a requirement.
Electronic Ability to diagnose and trace problems on electronic components.  Ability to trace and find out functions of components, and to replace component parts as necessary.
Pneumatic Ability to diagnose, modify and/or design pneumatic systems.
Automation Practical experience designing and implementing automation systems using frequency inverters, stepper motors, PLC, etc.
CNC Experienced operator of various CNC systems, with emphasis on Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc.  Must possess knowledge to teach new operator on how to operate CNC machines.
