1. All machinery/equipment listed in this website are used second-hand machinery/equipment unless otherwise specified.
   
2. To ensure quality of service and to promote confidence in our products, Zhongyang Engineering tests under power all our machinery before delivery.  The exceptions are when goods are sold "As Is" condition, or when total weight of machinery exceeds 20 tons.  In any case, arrangements can still be made with Zhongyang to power test the machines, subject to approval on a case-to-case basis.
   

Before Placing Order

1. Customers are strongly advised to personally inspect the relevant machines prior to placing an order.  This is to ensure that the condition of the machines being ordered is at par or exceed customers' expectations.  This holds especially true for used or second hand machinery.
   
2. Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm machine specifications with personnel at Zhongyang Engineering before placing an order.  This is to ensure that customers do not place an order based upon out-of-date information or specifications.
   
3. Machinery comes in and out of our warehouses at a relatively quick pace.  Therefore, customers are advised to check with our personnel to ensure availability of machinery before placing an order.
   

Quotations

1. All quotations given (either through fax, e-mail, or correspondence) are normally valid for two weeks, unless otherwise specified.
   
2. Quotations given are subject to prior sale of the machinery concerned.
   
3. Prices indicated in the quotation are ex-works pricing.  This means that price quoted does not include any transportation costs, freight costs, handling charges, or transit insurance coverage.
   
4. Price validity is based on currency exchange rate effective on the date of quotation.  Any fluctuations on currency exchange rate will be on buyer's account.
   
5. It is understood there are no conditions or agreements whatsoever outside of the quotation.  All prior conversations, agreements or representations with reference to the subject matter are superseded.
